Duties and Responsibilities: · Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner. · Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawing and other). · Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications. · Assess potential risks, materials and costs. · Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies. · Handle over the resulting structures and services for use. · Monitor progress and compile reports in project status. · Comply with guidelines and regulation including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal and external audits. * Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work on implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve product quality. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, production, or related field); Master's degree is a plus . * Minimum of10-15 years of experience in plant operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the alloy steel manufacturing industry or similar heavy manufacturing sectors. * Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and supply chain management. * Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving production targets in a manufacturing setting. * Experience in managing large teams and coordinating cross-functional departments. * Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, environmental compliance, and quality standards. * Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision- making skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
